The Fold, by Ori

NBC 5's Alicia Barrera visits the site of the upcoming apartment complex Bloc House by Madison Partners. The site will host over 70 new residences, including micro-studios featuring the Ori Pocket Studio.

Developers Alex Lo and Jon Hetzel want to bring "missing middle" housing to the Dallas market to provide high-quality housing in a great location that's affordable for people starting their careers and moving out on their own.
