Prominent San Francisco-based real estate developer Presidio Bay released new renderings of its upcoming Springline project in Menlo Park, CA which showcases the Ori Cloud Bed, Table Edition and Pocket Office. Springline is redefining downtown Menlo Park, bringing a resort-style campus with culinary destinations, creative offices, modern residences and a mix of outdoor experiences to the area. It is one of six California projects featuring Ori scheduled to deliver in 2022.
The Ori products featured in Springline’s residences will enable residents greater flexibility to work from home—an increasingly in-demand amenity, particularly in the Bay Area – and provide an enhanced residential experience.
Slated to begin installation in the spring, these units will be among the first in the country with the Cloud Bed, Table Edition. In total, the property will feature 61 Ori units.
The development will be loaded with green initiatives—solar panels covering the roof, charging stations for electric cars and bikes, and a carbon offset program to bring the net footprint to zero.
Other smart features will include a building app that allows residents to order food and drinks, reserve amenity spaces, and more. Springline residences will also feature smart home connected devices like thermostats, outlets, and lights (and of course, transformable space).
Pre-leasing for units will start in the spring. Learn more about the property and leasing information on Springline's website.
