Ask anyone in the South Main and Medical District neighborhoods in Fort Worth and they'll tell you the same thing: this area is blowing up.

One of those developers is Watermark Properties. They're betting big by going small with their new CoHo apartment development. The two building development will be made up entirely of studio floor plans.
