While the past 12 months have been filled with plenty of exciting milestones for Ori, 2022 is shaping up to be our most transformative year yet. With dozens of new projects in the pipeline, new cities, new products and more, the next year has no shortage of things to be excited about. Here’s just a few highlights we’re looking forward to:
Currently, residents across the US are living with and loving Ori products in more than 350 apartments. That number is set to quadruple in 2022!
We’ll be installing more than 1,200 new Ori products in apartments all over the country, meaning hundreds more people will wake up every day with Ori and the benefits of smart space living.
Ori products are being installed in apartments buildings up and down beautiful California, with new projects scheduled in Los Angeles, Menlo Park, Oakland, Pasadena, Richmond, San Diego and San Marcos.
We’re bringing smart space living to a host of new cities, and we couldn’t be more excited about it! In 2022, we’ll be installing systems for the first time in:
New Orleans, LA
We’re thrilled to increase our presence in the Southeast this year, and what better way to do it than New Orleans! We’ll be supporting a very innovative redevelopment project happening in NOLA that will bring Ori to the South in a big way. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
Austin, TX
Austin is practically bursting with development as tech companies pour into the Lone Star state. With all those new Texans coming to town, Austin is going to need Smart Space technology.
Raleigh and Durham, NC

Ori is coming to the Research Triangle in North Carolina, an area that has experienced massive growth recently. With projects scheduled in Raleigh and Durham, the dual anchors of the Research Triangle that attract high-tech jobs and job-seekers, these will be our first installations in North Carolina. Spokane, WA
Another city on the rise, Spokane has become something of a boomtown in Eastern Washington. The city is projected to be a top 10 real estate market in the coming year, and we’re thrilled to help bring flexible space to this wonderful city.

In addition to the cities above, we’ve got new installations happening in Clemson, SC, Kansas City, MO, Minneapolis, MN, Tampa, FL, and more.
In addition to staples like the Pocket Closet and Pocket Studio, we’re excited to install some brand new products for the first time this year, including our first ever installations of the Cloud Bed, Table Edition. We’ve also got a first-time installation for a new product that we haven’t even announced publicly yet—stay tuned for details!

Sienna | Austin, TX | Cloud Bed, Pocket Office
This development from Magellan is noteworthy for a few reasons. It’s our first development in Austin, TX—a city we’re thrilled to be bringing smart spaces to! It’s also the first development that will use the Cloud Bed, Table Edition. Leasing is slated to begin this Spring.
Inspire Hollywood | Hollywood, CA | Pocket Closet, Cloud Bed
Upon opening in early 2022, Inspire Hollywood will have Ori products in more than 60 apartments. It’s also an important step in increasing our footprint in Southern California—we’re ready for our close-up, Mr. DeMille.
Springline | Menlo Park, CA | Cloud Bed, Table Edition
Springline will be one of the more significant Ori projects in the Bay Area, with a large deployment of Cloud Bed, Table Edition upon completion.
Framework | San Diego, CA | Pocket Closet
Framework will be a major Ori project in beautiful San Diego—further increasing our California footprint.
CoHo | Fort Worth, TX | Pocket Studio Lite
We’re particularly excited for this project as every single unit in the building will feature Ori products! We’ve worked closely with the CoHo team in designing units that maximize space efficiency and comfort.
Willow & Wise | Fort Worth, TX | Pocket Closet, Pocket Office
This exciting project is our second installation with Maverick Development Group. It’s always encouraging and validating to see clients returning to use Ori in more projects and in bigger ways.
