Ori warrants to the Customer, subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof, that the Ori Studio Suite and all components thereof will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  This limited warranty begins on a date (the “Limited Warranty Commencement Date”) that is the later of the date of purchase and the date installation of the Ori Studio Suite is completed by an authorized installer and accepted by the Customer, if applicable. The period from the Limited Warranty Commencement Date until expiration of the relevant warranty period shown below is referred to as the “Limited Warranty Period”. 

 The following components of the Ori Studio Suite are subject to a 5-year limited warranty:

  • Actuator and/or guidance track and all associated sub-assemblies and components

  • Chassis mechanics: frame, assembly, wheels, and other structural and motorized elements

  • Chassis electronics: power cables, wiring, electrical elements

  • Furniture material: panels, doors, drawers, and similar furniture elements

  • Furniture hardware: latches, hinges, knobs, connectors, sliding and latching mechanisms

  • User interface (the Square)

Ori’s obligation under this limited warranty is specifically limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, the Ori Studio Suite or any component or part thereof, which is determined by Ori to be defective during the Limited Warranty Period.  If this limited warranty applies, Ori will pay the costs of repairs, replacement or spare components/parts.  Customer shall be responsible for any services fees, labor or travel expenses for an authorized local service professional, if any, for any claim associated with a defect discovered on or following the first anniversary of the Limited Warranty Commencement Date.  If an item, part or component is no longer available, Ori will provide a substitute item, part or component, as determined by Ori in its sole discretion.  Replaced parts become the property of Ori.  Any replacement part/component will be warranted for the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period applicable to the original part/component or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for such minimum period of time required by applicable law.

 This limited warranty does not apply to or cover any unauthorized or improper installation, relocation, alteration or repair of the Ori Studio Suite, or to any Ori Studio Suite or component that has been damaged or deteriorated due to inappropriate use, abuse (including being subject to unusual environmental conditions such as prolonged or extreme humidity), misuse, neglect, failure to provide necessary maintenance, failure to follow use instructions, use of inappropriate cleaning methods or products, or acts of God or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ori, nor does it cover batteries or use of an extension cord.  This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, dents, warping, distress or damage cause by overloading, impacts or accidents.

 This limited warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.This limited warranty does not cover consequential, special, or incidental damages.Ori disclaims any and all other express or implied warranties. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.Some U.S. jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the preceding restriction will apply to the Customer only to the degree permitted by applicable law.This limited warranty is made to the Customer and is not transferrable or assignable.Claims under this limited warranty must be made promptly after discovery and within the applicable Limited Warranty Period.To obtain warranty service, the Customer must contact Ori at Customer must allow Ori a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Ori Studio Suite claimed to be defective prior to removal or alteration of its condition.
